Last updated: July 2026

These terms govern access to and use of the Fintax site, portal, checkout, support channels, and services.

By browsing, creating an account, submitting information, uploading documents, scheduling advisory services, accepting checkout, hiring a plan, or using any service, you accept these terms and our Privacy Notice.

1. Provider identity

Fintax operates as an accounting, tax, administrative, and support services firm and platform for taxpayers in Mexico. The contact address is Galeana 437, Colonia Centro 64000 Monterrey, N.L..

For clarifications, complaints, or support, contact us through WhatsApp (81) 2069 3959, teléfono (81) 2188 9524, correo servicio@fintax.mx.

2. Purpose and service scope

The site allows users to request contact, schedule advisory sessions, create accounts, upload documents, receive support, and hire plans or services related to accounting, taxes, CFDI, filings, tax mailbox follow-up, payroll, invoicing, administration, and tax compliance.

The specific scope of each service depends on the plan, tier, add-on, quote, purchase order, written agreement, ticket, or confirmation issued by Fintax.

3. Legal capacity and account

To hire or use protected features, you must have legal capacity or valid authority to act on behalf of the relevant individual, company, or taxpayer.

You are responsible for providing truthful, complete, and current data, protecting credentials, reviewing account activity, and notifying unauthorized use.

4. Permitted use and restrictions

You must use the site, portal, and Fintax channels lawfully and reasonably. You may not:

  • Use the site for fraud, impersonation, false information, spam, abuse, attacks, unauthorized scraping, or unlawful activities.
  • Interfere with the security, availability, integrity, authentication, payments, support, documents, or systems of Fintax or third parties.
  • Upload malicious, illegal, third-party, incomplete, or unauthorized files.
  • Copy, resell, exploit, modify, or distribute Fintax content, templates, materials, designs, marks, software, or methodologies without authorization.

5. Customer obligations

To receive services correctly, the customer must:

  • Provide complete, truthful, legible, current, and timely information and documents.
  • Review and confirm tax data, RFC, regime, address, invoices, movements, payroll, filings, payments, balances, notices, and relevant information.
  • Respond to information requests within the times indicated by Fintax or the competent authority.
  • Keep originals, acknowledgments, receipts, contracts, account statements, invoices, and evidence needed for accounting and defense.
  • Avoid sending passwords, e.firma, certificates, private keys, full bank details, or sensitive access through unauthorized or insecure channels.

6. Professional limits

Fintax provides services based on available information, customer documentation, applicable rules, and technical criteria in force at the time of review.

Unless specifically agreed in writing, Fintax does not guarantee tax refunds, SAT authorizations, authority criteria, absence of reviews, audits, fines, surcharges, requirements, specific tax benefits, or outcomes that depend on third parties, authorities, external systems, or customer-provided information.

Automated assistant responses, educational resources, guides, news, prompts, and site materials are informational until a Fintax advisor confirms the applicable scope for your case.

7. Documents and files

The portal may allow uploading, storing, reviewing, downloading, or following up on tax, accounting, payroll, legal, SAT, CFDI, or other files. By uploading documents, you represent that you have the right to share them and authorize Fintax to process them to provide services, administer support, meet obligations, and protect rights.

8. Prices, currency, taxes, and add-ons

Published prices are shown in MXN and, unless expressly stated otherwise, may be subject to IVA, taxes, charges, add-ons, fees, or applicable adjustments.

Plans may vary by regime, taxpayer type, tier, movement volume, monthly or annual frequency, payroll, invoicing, or other add-ons. Before payment, the checkout or authorized channel will show the selected service, frequency, price, taxes, and applicable charges.

9. Hiring, checkout, and electronic acceptance

Hiring may occur through site checkout, payment link, portal, Stripe, WhatsApp, email, or another channel authorized by Fintax. By clicking accept, continue, buy, confirm, pay, or similar, you consent to hire the selected service and accept these terms.

Services are subject to payment validation, availability, information verification, case review, fraud prevention, operational requirements, and applicable compliance obligations.

10. Payments, subscriptions, and renewals

When you hire a monthly or annual subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the selected frequency, amount, taxes, add-ons, and payment method until the subscription is canceled or ends under these terms.

Payments are processed through Stripe or another enabled provider. Fintax does not store full card details. Failed payments, chargebacks, suspected fraud, or non-payment may result in suspensión, restriction, cancellation, or interruption.

Where legally required, Fintax or the payment provider may send notices related to recurring charges, renewals, relevant changes, failed payments, or cancellation.

11. Cancellations

You may request subscription cancellation through enabled portal options or official Fintax channels. Cancellation stops future renewals or charges but generally does not remove accrued obligations or payments for the current period.

Unless the law, an express promotion, or a written agreement provides otherwise, access and service for the paid period may continue until that period expires.

12. Refunds and clarifications

Refunds apply where there is a duplicate charge, error attributable to Fintax, cancellation or non-waivable right under applicable law, or written authorization from Fintax.

Unless applicable law provides otherwise, there are no refunds for services already provided, advisory sessions completed, filings prepared or submitted, documents reviewed, subscription periods already started, third-party charges, bank fees, taxes already caused, or work started based on customer instructions.

For payment or refund clarifications, contact us through WhatsApp (81) 2069 3959, teléfono (81) 2188 9524, correo servicio@fintax.mx and include name, email, phone, plan, date, amount, folio, receipt, or any data that helps locate the transaction.

13. Billing

Where applicable, invoicing will be issued according to the tax information provided by the customer and current legal requirements. The customer is responsible for correctly providing RFC, company name, postal code, tax regime, CFDI use, and required data.

14. Support, AI, and communication channels

Fintax may handle requests through portal, chat, automated assistant, WhatsApp, email, phone, SMS, voice, Zendesk, ManyChat, or other enabled channels. Critical instructions, cancellations, complaints, authorizations, or sensitive information must be sent through official channels with sufficient identification.

The automated assistant may guide, classify, and route requests, but its answers do not constitute accounting, tax, financial, or legal opinions.

15. Availability, third parties, and external systems

Fintax seeks to keep the site and services available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or compatibility with every device.

The service depends on third-party systems and providers, including authentication, payments, hosting, database, storage, email, messaging, analytics, support, AI, Google, SAT, banks, PACs, CFDI providers, authorities, and telecommunications networks.

16. Suspension or termination

Fintax may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the site, portal, account, or services for non-payment, fraud, chargeback, false information, breach of these terms, security risk, misuse, support abuse, irregular documentation, authority request, or operational or legal impossibility.

17. Intellectual property and limited license

The site, brand, logos, designs, texts, images, software, templates, guides, prompts, flows, methodologies, documentation, and Fintax materials are owned by Fintax or used with authorization.

The customer keeps ownership of their documents and information but grants Fintax a limited license to use, process, store, internally reproduce, and share them with providers or authorities where needed to provide services, comply with obligations, or defend rights.

18. Confidentiality and data protection

Fintax will treat customer information with reasonable confidentiality and under the Privacy Notice. Confidentiality does not prevent sharing data with necessary providers, professional advisors, competent authorities, or third parties where needed to provide services, comply with the law, prevent fraud, protect security, or defend rights.

19. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Fintax is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost opportunity, third-party data loss, external system failures, authority decisions, errors arising from incomplete or incorrect customer information, customer breaches, force majeure, acts of God, or events outside reasonable control.

To the maximum extent allowed by law and without limiting non-waivable consumer rights, Fintax's total liability for a service-related claim is limited to the amount effectively paid by the customer to Fintax for the service giving rise to the claim during the 3 months before the claimed event.

20. Changes to the terms

Fintax may update these terms to reflect legal, operational, technological, price, service, provider, or policy changes. The current version will be published on this page.

21. Applicable law and complaints

These terms are governed by applicable laws in Mexico. Any dispute will be handled before the competent authorities under applicable law, without limiting non-waivable consumer or user rights.

Before starting a formal complaint, please contact us through WhatsApp (81) 2069 3959, teléfono (81) 2188 9524, correo servicio@fintax.mx so we can try to resolve the clarification directly.
