Prepare a monthly RESICO calculation for an individual
Help me prepare a monthly ISR income tax and IVA/VAT calculation for an individual under RESICO in Mexico. Before calculating, identify missing information and verify the rules for the period using official sources. Do not assume I qualify for the regime simply because I selected it.
Privacy rule: do not request or reproduce tax or personal identifiers, complete documents, full folios, addresses, bank accounts, or access data.
PERIOD DATA:
- Period:
- RESICO status for that period:
- Type of activity:
- Income collected during the month before subtracting withholdings and excluding VAT: $ MXN
- Year-to-date income before the period: $ MXN
- ISR withholdings for the month, if any: $ MXN
- Expenses paid and supported by CFDI, without assuming their tax treatment: $ MXN
- IVA/VAT collected: $ MXN
- VAT paid on expenses: $ MXN; amount reviewed as creditable by my accountant: $
- VAT withheld from my payments: $ MXN
- VAT I withheld from others, if any: $ MXN
- Returns, discounts, prior balances or other adjustments:
- Is this the first year of activity?:
- Is there another activity or regime that affects the calculation?:
Provide:
1. Confirmed facts, missing information and verified rules, with official links and the period they cover.
2. The ISR calculation supported by the data: explain the base, rate and treatment of withholdings. Do not subtract expenses or use year-to-date income as the monthly base without checking that this is appropriate.
3. A separate VAT calculation explaining which credits, withholdings and adjustments the available records support.
4. A result for each tax without offsetting one against the other to produce a single amount. If a decisive fact is missing, show what can be calculated and leave the final result pending.
5. The applicable deadline only if you can verify it for the case and period; otherwise, explain what needs checking.
6. Documents to review with my accountant before filing, without uploading them in full to AI.
Show the arithmetic and its assumptions. Do not replace unknown amounts with zero or present an estimate as a return ready to file.
